Well i have had an idea here . if its gonna be a lil too complicated then leave it be but i just thought i might as well post it as it could help
Ok rather than having them make a new thread is there no way to have a for where they enter info like the problem and other stuff and then it makes a thread from the form . Also instead of having them try and find out spec why dot you have either e Database whereas each PC you guys sell comes with a number like a service tag that they enter and it Knows the spec based on this number This would help loads of people as not everyone is tech savvy enough to find out specs .

id absolutely love to do that if i knew more about HTML, but i dont... and yea, we do have a database for all the computers, i stated that in my instructions that if they dont know their specs to put their order number in, and then corey or i would put the specs up so others could help, all of our computers come standard with remote access installed, so if need be corey or i can get on their computer and fix it for them but yea, if i knew how to do forums and stuff, our way of ordering computers would be WAY different, until then ill just have to deal with this...

well i'm actually pretty experienced with Excel '07 (you should know that by now, lol)
I could make a form like that, and we do have the customer sheet, so we just use the customer numbers to make a form with the individual computer specs linked to it in some way. I'll talk to you about it on msn.
